Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 5ph1 Casino platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5ph1 Casino ("5ph1", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5ph1 Casino website located at 5ph1.club and all associated services, games, features, and content.
By accessing the 5ph1 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 5ph1, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 5ph1 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5ph1 platform and must not create or maintain a player account.
5ph1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the 5ph1 Casino platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your membership:
5ph1 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. If you become aware that a minor has access to your 5ph1 account or device, you must notify 5ph1 immediately and take steps to prevent such access.
5ph1 conducts age verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. A valid Philippine government-issued identification document will be required before withdrawals are permitted. Acceptable documents include PhilSys (Philippine Identification System) card, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, and PRC card.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 5ph1 Casino account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5ph1 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, associated balances forfeited, and bonuses voided.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. You must notify 5ph1 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including your mobile number, email address, and payment method details. 5ph1 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5ph1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 5ph1 will treat all actions taken using your account credentials as actions authorized by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access. You must contact 5ph1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5ph1 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR requirements. KYC verification involves submission of a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership. 5ph1 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time and to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
5ph1 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 5ph1 does not charge fees on standard local payment method deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. All deposits are credited to your 5ph1 wallet balance and are available for use on the platform immediately upon confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being fulfilled. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 5ph1 targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes on average; however, processing times may vary based on your payment provider and network conditions. 5ph1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
5ph1 is committed to compliance with applicable AML laws and PAGCOR reporting requirements. Transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a player's known profile may be delayed pending review. 5ph1 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without notice to the player concerned.
5ph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All games available on the 5ph1 platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
All game outcomes on 5ph1 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from independent, audited third-party testing laboratories. 5ph1 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RTP (return-to-player) percentages are as published by the respective game providers.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or communication error that affects the outcome or validity of a game round, 5ph1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund wagers placed during that round. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected session.
5ph1 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict access to specific games, or suspend game access for any player at any time at its sole discretion, particularly where suspicious betting patterns or system abuse is detected.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5ph1 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 5ph1 will not knowingly allow the player to access their account or create a new account during the exclusion period. All content on the 5ph1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 5ph1 Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5ph1 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 5ph1 platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5ph1 Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 5ph1 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
5ph1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5ph1 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, 5ph1's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding investigations are pending.
Players may voluntarily close their 5ph1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending bonus wagering requirements or outstanding withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
5ph1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph1 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 5ph1 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 5ph1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact 5ph1 customer support to seek resolution of any dispute. 5ph1 commits to responding to player complaints in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes related to regulatory matters may be referred to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

5ph1 enforces a strict 21-and-above age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. Age is verified through KYC documentation before any withdrawal is permitted. No exceptions.
Player balances at 5ph1 are maintained separately from operational funds. Your real-money balance is yours — 5ph1 processes withdrawal requests promptly and does not hold player funds without cause.

Players can self-exclude from 5ph1 at any time from their account settings. Temporary exclusions of 30 days to 12 months and permanent exclusion are available. Exclusions are binding and 5ph1 will not override them.
